RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are unsure about your purchase or change your mind, you are welcome to contact us within 48 hours for an exchange or store credit for your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

After we’ve provided you with the return address, please return your items within 7 working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. For returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Please note that the store credit is redeemable on products only and cannot be redeemed on shipping costs. You will receive an email from us with the details of your store credit. This store credit will only be valid for 14 days.

Clearance or Sale items

Clearance or Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All Clearance or Sale items are final. If an item you've purchased has been marked down due to a fault, then this item may not be returned as faulty. 

Damaged Goods

All products leaving our warehouse are inspected and packed appropriately. Final inspection photos of the item will be sent to your email before dispatching. If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of your parcel being signed for otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Please ensure that your item is shipped to you in good condition before signing with the courier. Before the refund can be processed, we will request images of the damage of items and packaging. We will either send you a replacement or offer a credit on your item if the item is out of stock. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or original method of payment and the original delivery charges are not refundable.

Handmade Products

All of our products are handcrafted from natural materials and are therefore impossible to reproduce identically. Each product is unique, so please note that there can be slight irregularities in the colour or strap length of the item as a result of the handcrafting process. As it is, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or damaged goods in this case. 

 How to return your order and refunds process

1. Contact us at hello@summersage.com.au to let us know you would like to return or exchange your item(s) within 24 hours for damaged goods (provide images) and within 48 hours for change of mind.

2.  Once your returns request has been approved by our team, please box up and return the products* and include a copy of your tax invoice. 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your return has been received. If the item is in perfect condition and you are entitled to a refund, a full refund will be processed, excluding the original delivery charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or we will issue your store credit within 5 business days.
